Free cancellation if you give us at least 7 days notice except for Public Holidays and Long Weekends where we require at least two weeks notice. If you are making a group booking (more than 4 rooms), please email or phone us directly.

You can drive, boat, kayak, bike or fly to Hopewell. The drive is around the Kenepuru Sound is very scenic as it winds around the coastline. It is under repair and there are a number of places where it is one way only. It takes around 2.5 hours to drive here from Havelock or Picton. You can shortcut the drive by taking a water taxi across the Sound from Te Mahia Bay. This costs $25pp one way and saves you 1.5 hours of driving. Or you can take a water taxi from Havelock or two connecting water taxis from Picton.
